Free e-mail support

Receive an answer to your problem from our support team by e-mail, no later than two workdays after your inquiry. Technical support via e-mail is free at our contact page.

Priority Technical Support Service

Our Priority Technical Support Service allows you to take advantage of direct technical support from TOKSYS Software by telephone and email, allowing you to contact TOKSYS Software technical service at service@toksys.com (please note we can only replay to Priority Technical Support Service customers).

Our telephone support is available to all registered Priority Technical Support Service customers from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, Western European time, on +49 (0) 7851-647006. For one month after registration, the telephone technical support is free of charge (please note communication charges by your telephone operator may apply).
